°1 French-shallot, finely chop
°250 ml (1 C) butter
°500 ml (2 cups) chicken broth
°30 ml (2 tsp) lemon-juice
°5 ml (1 tsp) honey
°4 kg (9 lbs) cooked snow crab legs and claws

* Preparation :

In  saucepan, sauté shallots in 60 ml (1/4 C) butter. Adding broth, lemon juice also honey. Bring mix to boil also cooking about 2 min . Adding rest 180 ml (3/4 cup) butter & simmer to melt.
Adding crab also simmer to totally heated up. Coat crab well in broth.
Serving on  plate or immediately in center of table. If wanted, serving with side sauces such as melt herb butter, split pepper, sour cream, dill, lemon, & watercres mayonnaise.
