*Ingredients :
°1 onion, finely chopped
°1 tbsp of honey
°2 tbsp of oil
°1 shot glass of vodka
°1 dl of ketchup
°1 dash of English sauce
°1 dash of Maggi sauce
°a little thyme
* Preperation :
Heat the oil and brown the onions in it.
When they are fully translucent, add the honey and leave to caramelize.
Deglaze with the vodka.
Pour in the other ingredients and the thyme
Leave to thicken over a low heat.
Grill the steak and serve.
