* Ingredients :

° 1375 g (½ pound) tub of cottage cheese or 375 ml (1 cup) of unsalted cream cheese or plain Greek yogurt
° 60 ml of maple syrup
° 30 ml (2 tbsp.) melt butter
° ½ C graham crackers
° 180 ml raspberries or strawberries (1 bowl)
° 60ml raspberry or strawberry spread without add sugar (jam type)

* Methods  :

In a medium bowl, whisk together cream cheese and maple syrup until smooth and even. To saving time (and have fewer dishes to wash), you can adding syrup to cheese bowl.
In another bowl, fold the butter into the breadcrumbs to form equal sized pearls.
Divided breadcrumbs to small bowls 
Divide the maple cheese into each bowl.
In a bowl, mash the berries with a fork.
Add the spread and mix well.
Spread the filling over the maple cheese. Keep in cool until serving.
