°1 can sliced pineapple (8 slices)
°150g sugar
°150g flour
°150g butter
°3 eggs
°1 packet of dry yeast
°1 sachet of vanilla sugar
°150g sugar

* Methods:
Preheat oven 180°C.
In a bowl, mix the softened butter with the sugar and vanilla sugar.

Adding eggs one at time, combine well with every addition.
Add sift flour & baking powder also blend .

In a pan, make your caramel: let the sugar melt (without water) then caramelize. It should turn nicely amber.
Pour it into the mold then tilt it to coat it with caramel. Add the pineapple slices.
If you have pineapple left, put it in small pieces in the dough.

Pour the cake batter into the mold and bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
Unmold the cake. You can optionally soak it with pineapple juice that you will have in your pineapple can.
