* Ingredients :
°50g butter
°150g flour
°1 tsp salt
°2 tsp yeast
°1 tbsp honey or sugar
°37.5 cl of drinking yogurt or milk
°200g cornmeal
°2 eggs
*Steps:
STEP 1
Preheat the oven to thermostat 5.5.
2ND STEP
Take 1 square mold of 22 cm. Melt the butter in the pan and turn it to butter the sides. Leave besides.
STEP 3
In a bowl, combine flour, cornmeal, salt and baking powder. Mix the milk, yogurt, eggs and honey and incorporate them into the dry ingredients.
STEP 4
Add the melted butter without stirring for long. Pour to prepared pan and baking for 25 to 30 min.
STEP 5
Cutting to squares & eat hot.
