POTATO SOUP

*Ingredients for 4 people

°6 sweets potatoes
°300 g carrots
°40 gm Lautrec pink garlic
°2 tablespoons of sour cream
°1 liter of water
°1 vegetable broth cube
°salt pepper
°Garlic peel.   

Wash and peel the potatoes and carrots and cut them into small pieces.
Put all in a casserole. Adding garlic, water and broth.
Bring  mix to  a boil, then cooking for 30 min .
Mix and add cream, salt and pepper and serve.
