Cheese, vegetables and protein. This recipe will delight your taste buds, as it all prepares in less than 10 minutes!

*ingredients :

°3 egg white
°10 ml fresh dill (2 tsp) chopped (optional)
°0.5 ml of salt (1/8 teaspoon)
°0.5 ml (1/8 tsp) pepper-black
°125ml fresh spinach (½ cup), chopped, in bag
°1 oblong tomato, chopped
°30 ml light cheddar cheese (2 tablespoons), grated

* Preparation :

In a medium bowl, whisk together egg whites, 5 ml (1 teaspoon) water, dill (if using), salt, and pepper until mixture is fluffy. In a small bowl, mix together spinach, tomatoes, and cheddar cheese.
Lightly spray a small nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat the skillet for one minute over a moderate heat. Pour in the egg white mixture and cook until it begins to thicken underneath.
Lift the edge of the omelette with a heat-resistant spoon, then bring the firmest part to the middle and allow the liquid part to settle to the bottom. Cook until the omelette is almost done and the underside is just barely golden.
 Set aside 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of the vegetable-cheese mixture and spread the rest over half of an omelet, leaving a 1 cm (1/2 inch) border. Fold the omelette in half without completely aligning the two parts until the filling is visible. Cook for two minutes. Transfer the omelette to a plate and place the remaining filling on top. Served With A Glass Of Fresh Orange Juice, French Fries And Fresh Fruit Salad.
