Goulash-Recipe




*Ingredients for 4 persons


°800g beef leg cut into small cubes
°2 tomatoes
°1 large onion
°2 chicken stock cubes
For the gnoki:
°8 potatoes
°1 egg
°1 tablespoon of paprika
°1 teaspoon of cumin
°Chilli
°Water
°pure flour
° salt pepper


* Preperation :

 Cut the onions into rings and sauté them in the pan. Cutting tomatoes to pieces and adding them. Remove from the heat, add the paprika and cumin and mix well. Add the pepper. Add the chicken stock cubes, salt and pepper. Add the meat and cover. Close casserole also cooking for 45 minutes on medium heat. After 45 minutes, open the casserole and put in the carrots and potatoes. Cook for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, peeled, wash also chop the potatoes also carrots. Cut all into small pieces & set aside.

Prepare the gnocchi: beat an egg in a bowl, add the flour and water. Everything must make a thick paste which will be the basis of fresh pasta. Boilling water in saucepan (like pasta) & grate it. Using large holes in grater to shape gnocchi. To do this, you must use a tablespoon and take the gnocchi dough and pass it through the holes of the grater. The dough is immersed in boiling water and forms the famous gnocchi. Cook no more than 5 minutes. Drain gnocchi & set apart.

Finally add the gnocchi to warm them up.
