Garlic Shrimp Pasta


°400g Spaghetti
°600g raw prawns (and peeled)
°40cl Liquid cream
°4 minced garlic cloves
°2 tbsp. Paprika coffee
°Black pepper
°5g Garlic olive oil

*Preparation steps

Cook the pasta al dente.
Meanwhile, brown the minced garlic in a large pan with a little olive oil without browning it.
Add the prawns, salt and pepper.
Cook for 2 or 3 minutes on each side.
Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
Pour the cream into the pan then sprinkle with paprika (adjust the quantity according to taste) and pepper.
Mix and let the sauce thicken for a few minutes over low heat.
Drain the pasta, rinse it and mix it with the sauce.
Serve immediately with the prawns and a little flat-leaf parsley.
