Blushing Belle Baby Potatoes, diced
°1 small
Onion, diced

Carrots, peeled and diced
°2 branches
Celery, diced
°2 cloves
Garlic, minced
°1 C. tea
dried thyme
°8oz
Ham, diced
°1 (15 oz) can
Corn, undrained
°1 (32oz) can
Chicken broth
°2 cups
Milk
°1-2 cups
Instant mashed potato flakes
+To taste
Salt and pepper

Dice the baby potatoes, onion, carrots and celery.
Step 2 of 7
Place the diced vegetables in the slow cooker along with the minced garlic, diced ham, dried thyme, corn and chicken broth.
Step 3 of 7
Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
Step 4 of 7
Pour 2 c milk.
Step 5 of 7
Depending on the desired consistency, add 1 to 2 cups of instant mashed potato flakes. Start with 1 cup, stir, cover and let stand 5 minutes. If not thick enough, slowly add more flakes. Do not exceed 2 cups.

Let the chowder cook for another 20 minutes at low temperature. Season it with the desired amount of salt and pepper.
Step 7 of 7
Top each serving with shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled cooked bacon and sliced green onions.
