*Ingredients :

°2 or 3 beefsteak tomatoes
°1 cup (250ml) grated Parmesan cheese
°1 tablespoon dried basil
°1 tablespoon dried oregano
°2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

* Preperation :

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper & spraying with a some oil. Slice the tomatoes and spread on the baking sheet. Garnish with Parmesan and herbs. Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Garnish with fresh parsley. 

Serve immediately!
