A refreshing summer dessert that combines cake, pineapple, whipped cream, walnuts and maraschino cherries.

* Ingredients :

°1 golden cake mix (+/- 500gm)
°2 canes (398 ml) pineapple powder, drained
°1 can (96 g) instant vanilla pudding mix
°1 package (250 g) cream cheese
°1 container (225 g) whipped cream, frozen and thawed
°1/2 cup shredded coconut
°1/2 cup chopped walnuts
°1/2 jar (375 ml) maraschino cherries, drained

* Preparation steps :

Preparation: 20 minutes › Cooking: 40 minutes › Preparation: 1 hour

Preparing & baking cake accorde to directions on pack. Bake the cake in a 15" x 10" rectangular dish. Let it cool down. When cool, spread crushed pineapple over the cake.
Prepare vanilla pudding according to package directions; Spare.
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add the prepared pudding and fold into the whipped topping layer with a spoon. Spread all over the pineapple.
Sprinkle the coconut on the cake, then the walnuts. Finally arrange the cherries evenly over the cake. Put it in the fridge until it's ready to serve.
