POTATO SOUP

* Ingredients for 4 people

° 6 sweet potatoes
° 300 g carrots
° 40 gm Lautrec pink garlic
 ° 2 tablespoons of sour cream
° 1 liter water
° 1 vegetable broth cube
° salt pepper
° Peel garlic.

Wash and peel the potatoes and carrots and cut them into small pieces.
Put everything in a casserole. Add garlic, water and broth.
Bring mix to  boil, & cooking 30 minutes.
Mix and add cream, salt and pepper and serve.
