Chocolate-Oatmeal No-Bake-Cookies



+Preparation time: 15 minutes
+Difficulty: easy

*Ingredients (6 people):

°200 grams of oatmeal
°130 grams of dark chocolate
°2 tablespoons of powdered sugar (you can not add any sugar at all),
°2 tablespoons milk
°50 grams of coconut powder,
°pinch of salt

* Preparation:

* In a saucepan, heat the milk over low heat with the chocolate cut into small pieces, salt and sugar, stirring regularly until the chocolate is well melted.
In the salad bowl, add the oats and coconut, then pour the chocolate mixture little by little, mixing everything until the oat flakes are well absorbed by the chocolate.
* Prepare a baking tray with baking paper or aluminum foil. Make small mounds of wafers and place them on a baking tray, then let them cool in the fridge until the cookies are firm.
