CALIFORNIA SPAGHETTI SALAD



This fresh salad is very quick to prepare. 15 minutes top time!
 Served with an Italian dressing generously seasoned with Parmesan cheese and sesame seeds, this salad offers an impressive array of flavors and textures.
Summer fun to enjoy as a main meal or as an accompaniment! It's easy to bring lunches for young and old.
And of course, if you don't have pasta on hand, you can use a different type of pasta. Are you not fond of black olives? Replace them with green olives or kalamata olives, or just leave them out.
This delicious recipe makes 10-12 servings.


* Ingredients :

°1 pound (454 g) thin pasta, cut into 1-inch pieces
°tomatoes, cut in half
°2 sized zucchini, cut to cubes
°1 cucumber, cut to cubes
°1 medium green bell pepper, cut into cubes
°1 red pepper cut into cubes
°1 large red onion cut into cubes
°2 packages (2.25 oz / 64 g each) sliced ​​ripe olives, drained
perforated
°1 bottle (16 oz / 454 g) Italian-dress
°1/4 C Parmesan-cheese
°1 tablespoon (15 ml) sesame seeds
°1 teaspoon (5 ml) paprika
°½ teaspoon (2.5 ml) celery seeds
°½ tsp (1.25 ml) garlic powder

* Preparation :

Cooking pasta accorde to pack directions.
In bowl adding cherry tomatoes, zucchini, cucumbers, green &; red peppers, red onions &; olives.
To preparing sauce, blend Italian dressing, Parmesan, sesame seeds, paprika, celery seeds && garlic powder.
Pour the dressing over the salad and stir until all the ingredients are covered with the dressing.
Covering & refrigerate for 3 h  
Sprinkling with parmesan cheese before serving, if needed.
