PEANUT BUTTER BALLS RECIPE




*Ingredients :
 
°2 cases of rolled oats
°100g peanut butter
°3-4 square dark chocolate + 1 tsp coconut oil  or butter

Mixing all ingredients together. Forme dozen balls with hands. Keeping at least 4 h in freezer so that dough becomes very firm. Melting chocolate in a bain-marie with a tsp coconut oil 
Taking your balls out of freezer &, use 2 forks, dip them to melt chocolate. For chocolate to solidify well, place balls, again, in freezer for 1 h.
Then take them out of the freezer and keep them in the fridge (don't eat them straight out of the freezer! You'll break your teeth). The balls keep perfectly, in the fridge, for a week in an airtight container.
