Apple Crisp Cheesecake

Easy and delicious apple and caramel cheesecake recipe

* ingredients :

1/4 cup (65 ml) brown sugar
1 cup (250 ml) crushed graham crackers
3/4 cup (190 ml) oatmeal
1/2 cup (125 ml) melted butter
cheese layer:
2 cups (500 ml) cream cheese (Philadelphia style)
2 teaspoons of cornstarch
1/4 cup (65 ml) brown sugar
1/4 cup (65 ml) sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Crispy top:
1/4 cup (65 ml) flour
1/4 cup (65 ml) oatmeal
1/4 cup (65 ml) brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tsp coconut oil
2 medium apples, peeled and finely chopped, caramel sauce

* Preparation:

Heat the oven to 350°F (176°C). Preparing  9 * 13 pyrex dish, oil it well. In bowl, mix graham crackers, oatmeal, melt butter, & brown sugar. Put this mixture in the bottom of the pyrex dish. Bake for 5 minutes, then remove from the oven. Meanwhile, in the bowl of an electric mixer, combine cream cheese, brown sugar, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, cornstarch, and vanilla. Once mixed well, pour it over the graham cracker crust. Place the apple slices on top. In a bowl, combine flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, cinnamon and oil. Put on top of the apple. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 to 50 minutes. Cut into squares and sprinkle with caramel drizzle. The cake freezes.
